〔備考〕
１ 「Item to be Corrected」の欄には「Box No. II APPLICANT of the Request」のように補完をする書類名と補完をする箇所を記載する。
２ 補完事項を別紙を用いて表示するときは、「Subject Matter of Correction」の欄には「As per the attached sheets」と記載し、補完事項を記載した用紙を別紙として添付する。
３ その他は、様式第１の備考１から５まで、９、13、14、20及び21、様式第１の２の備考１から５まで、７及び８、様式第２の３の備考１、様式第２の４の備考２及び３、様式第７の備考14並びに様式第12の備考３及び５と同様とする。
